Translation Project Portfolio

Most of my work is confidential and can't be used as reference or published here. Every once in a while, however, I get to translate other material than contracts or technical documents:

Academic publications in the legal field

In 2019 and 2020, I was given the opportunity to translate works in the academic field: Big data in social, behavioural, and economic sciences: Data access and research data management. Certainly interesting from a translator's perspective, too, with regard to, for example, machine translation and the corpora used by the various providers. And a work about data protection (Data Protection Guide)

Heilbronner Augenblicke

Heilbronner Augenblicke

Enjoy the beauty of my hometown of Heilbronn with this new book that was published on the occasion of the National Garden Show that was set in the area of a former industrial zone just outside the historic city centre in the summer of 2019. The city virtually reinvented itself over the past years and this shows in the photographs by Roland Schweizer and texts by Ansgar Meroth. I am proud to have contributed the English translations to this beautiful project.
